2021 Estate Pinot Noir Reserve

Winemakers Notes: A highly exclusive, strict selection culled from only the top ~15 barrels of the vintage that show the highest integration and depth. While the regular Pinot utilizes lighter oak, the Reserve sees 50% brand new French oak barrels sourced from tight-grained forests in Northern France (crafted by the winemaker's favorite cooperage, Alain Fouquet from Saint-Émilion).

Tasting Notes: Shaped entirely by premium wood integration and extended time, creating a serious, reflective, and complex, cellaring-grade wine.
