We preserved the grapes luxurious fruit-forward core balanced by a sophisticated, velvet structure. By ditching machinery in favor of daily hand-punchdowns and pressing early, we preserved a luxurious, dark-fruit center. Elegance meets power in our Grenache. We focus heavily on a "fruit-first" approach, cold-soaking the fruit and pressing right before dryness to capture brilliant red berry aromas and subtle white pepper spice. Kept smooth through hand punch-downs, it is beautifully plush and approachable.
