We preserved the grapes luxurious fruit-forward core balanced by a sophisticated, velvet structure. A fantastic wine meant for reflection, or for pairing alongside roasted meats, savory cheeses, and rich pasta dishes.

Sourced from the sunny, arid slopes of the valley and aged for nearly two years in premium French oak barrels, this 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon balances immense power with artisanal elegance. By ditching machinery in favor of daily hand-punchdowns and pressing early, we preserved a luxurious, dark-fruit center. A sophisticated, cellaring-grade red meant for fine reflection, or for pairing alongside prime rib, rich stews, and sharp aged cheeses.
