2024 White Pinot Noir

Winemakers Notes: Sourced from red Pinot Noir grapes but whole-cluster pressed immediately with gentle pressure so the clear juice never picks up red skin color. It is entirely barrel-fermented and aged on the lees for 8 months. Cellar hands stir the barrels every two weeks (bâtonnage), triggering autolysis which coats the wine in rich, toasty nuances.
